How do I add an endpoint to monitor?

After logging in, navigate to the Dashboard and click the "Add Endpoint" button. Enter your API endpoint URL and configure your monitoring preferences.

How often are endpoints checked?

By default, endpoints are checked every minute. You can view the monitoring schedule and history in your dashboard.

How do I connect Slack for notifications?

Go to your Dashboard settings and click "Connect Slack". You'll be redirected to authorize the integration. Once connected, you'll receive alerts in your specified Slack channel when endpoints go down.

What happens if my endpoint fails?

When an endpoint fails, we immediately send a notification to your connected Slack channel (if configured). You can also view the failure details in your dashboard and history pages.

Can I monitor multiple endpoints?

Yes! You can add and monitor as many endpoints as you need. Each endpoint is tracked independently with its own monitoring history and statistics.

How do I delete an endpoint?

In your Dashboard, find the endpoint you want to remove and use the delete option. This will permanently remove the endpoint and its monitoring history.

Troubleshooting

Endpoint not responding

If your endpoint is showing as down, check:

  • Verify the endpoint URL is correct and accessible
  • Check if the endpoint requires authentication
  • Ensure the endpoint is not blocking our monitoring requests
  • Review the response time and status code in the dashboard

Slack notifications not working

If you're not receiving Slack notifications:

  • Verify your Slack integration is connected and active
  • Check that the Slack channel is correctly configured
  • Ensure you have permission to post in the selected channel
  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting the Slack integration

Authentication issues

If you're having trouble logging in:

  • Clear your browser cookies and cache
  • Try logging in from an incognito/private window
  • Verify your email address is correct
  • Contact support if the issue persists
