If you're using our Slack integration, you can reach out through your connected workspace.

After logging in, navigate to the Dashboard and click the "Add Endpoint" button. Enter your API endpoint URL and configure your monitoring preferences.
By default, endpoints are checked every minute. You can view the monitoring schedule and history in your dashboard.
Go to your Dashboard settings and click "Connect Slack". You'll be redirected to authorize the integration. Once connected, you'll receive alerts in your specified Slack channel when endpoints go down.
When an endpoint fails, we immediately send a notification to your connected Slack channel (if configured). You can also view the failure details in your dashboard and history pages.
Yes! You can add and monitor as many endpoints as you need. Each endpoint is tracked independently with its own monitoring history and statistics.
In your Dashboard, find the endpoint you want to remove and use the delete option. This will permanently remove the endpoint and its monitoring history.
